Sophie graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2020 with a First-Class Honours degree in BSc Physiotherapy.
Following qualification, she completed a range of rotations within the NHS, gaining valuable experience across specialist medicine, respiratory care, neurological rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal and orthopaedic services. This diverse clinical background has equipped her with a broad skill set to treat both acute injuries—such as ankle sprains, ACL ruptures, and shoulder dislocations to list a few—as well as chronic conditions that impact long-term function and quality of life.
Sophie is passionate about delivering personalised, client-centred care. She tailors each treatment plan to the individual’s goals and needs, combining hands-on manual therapy with evidence-based exercise prescription and education to support lasting recovery.
Committed to continuous professional development, Sophie has completed additional training in dry needling, the BradCliff breathing method, and the COMT (Certificate in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy) courses. She also brings hands-on experience working at sports tournaments and with local teams, providing on-field injury management and advice on injury prevention.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys Reformer Pilates, gym training, and a good Sunday walk—always finished with a great New Zealand coffee!
